With more than 20 years of experience in HOA financial management and community association administration, Wendy founded Piedmont Association Services to bring boutique, people-first management to the Greater Richmond and Williamsburg area.
Wendy’s career began in accounting, where she developed a meticulous approach to financial stewardship and a commitment to transparency that continues to define Piedmont’s work today. She progressed from Assistant Controller to senior leadership positions before founding Piedmont with a clear mission: to deliver the responsive, personalized service of a boutique company while meeting the needs of every client with exceptional care and attention.
Under Wendy’s leadership, Piedmont has become a trusted partner for communities throughout the Richmond and Williamsburg region — known for its local expertise, direct communication, and genuine investment in the well-being of every association it serves.
